Before becoming Pastelito Wholesale Bakery, our wholesale operations was Robinson’s Bakery, a wholesale bakery, founded in 2004. For more than 22 years, Robinson’s baked and delivered bread for food service businesses in Riverside, Orange and Los Angeles Counties. When we acquired the wholesale operation, we knew that we were stepping into a business with history, relationships and years of experience serving real kitchens.
We respect that history, and we are building on it.
Our own bakery story started small. During COVID, we were buying bread every week from a neighbor. When she decided to move, we bought the business and started baking for neighbors, then farmers markets and local customers. That beginning taught us something we still carry with us: people come back when bread is made with care.
Now, with Pastelito Wholesale Bakery, we are applying that same care to food service. We know bread is only one part of your operation, so our goal is to make sure bread is never the problem. We want your team to know what to expect, we want your orders to be clear, we want your products to arrive when they are supposed to and we want the bread to work the way your menu needs it to work.
Our purpose is to make great bread so bread is the easiest part of your day.
