Our own bakery story started small. During COVID, we were buying bread every week from a neighbor. When she decided to move, we bought the business and started baking for neighbors, then farmers markets and local customers. That beginning taught us something we still carry with us: people come back when bread is made with care.

Now, with Pastelito Wholesale Bakery, we are applying that same care to food service. We know bread is only one part of your operation, so our goal is to make sure bread is never the problem.
